Inspirasyon

Ano ba itong aking nararamdaman?
At para bang hindi ko maintindihan;
Halos di mapakali at di ko akalain;
Mabighani sa ‘yo sa unang tingin.

Simula sa paggising ko sa umaga;
Minu- minuto, oras- oras kitang naiisip;
Isang tingin at ngiti mo lang;
Abot langit and kasiyahan.

Ang tanging mithiin ko lang naman,
Kahit maging malapit kitang kaibigan
Sana mapansin mo ang aking nararamdaman
Na ang tanging hangad tapat at tunay lamang.

Para sa akin, nag- iisa ka sa puso,
Mahirap ipaliwanag pero ‘yon ang totoo;
Sa tuwi- tuwina, ikaw lamang sa isip ko;
Kaya asahan mo, ikaw lamang sa puso ko.

A Friend

In my eyes, I see a friend
In my mind, I think of a friend
In my sleep, I dream of a friend
In my heart, I keep a friend.

For words when spoken
and hearts when broken
Mistake and wrong must be forgiven
Because you are my friend.

Friends make me feel glow
In search for the rainbow
I find no gold but you
Which I’ll treasure, that’s true.

The essence of friendship
Is measured by hardships
But my friend please don’t give up
I’m just here to cheer you up.

Update From Ms. Maridel Olandesca

Rhythm Band Contest

Attached are the picture during the division rhythm band contest Sapian elementary School got 5th place out of 11 participating municipality with the consolation prize of P500… held at Capiz State University Main Campus formerly CIT Roxas City…trainer and conductress Ms. Maridel Olandesca, music director mr. Marlon lozada, choreographer Mr. Junel Garcia.. the Rhythm Band Members are participated by 50 pupils from grade III to Grade VI.. Thank you to Mrs. Libertad Gallardo and Family and to Mr. And Mrs. Florencio Alvarez for the financial support extended for the purchase of additional Rhythm band instruments and to Mr. Zoe G. Herrera our Provincial Administrator for facilitating the transportation of  the Rhythm Band members. 
 
Sapian won 6th place at the 2008 Provincial Clean and Green 2008 and the municipality received 25,000 pesos winning prize.

SOL UPDATE:

Sapian Online sponsored an essay writing competition at SNHS. Anyone interested should get a registration form from SCN at SNHS. The best ten entries will be featured here at the website. The SOL membership would have the opportunity to vote and decide the winners in February 2009. Winners will receive prize money and certificates during the school’s closing ceremony in March 2009.
